Build the website of your service business

Gardener, garage, cleaning company, dog walker or private driver: your trade sells on trust and proximity. A simple, clear, up to date website is often what stands between a phone call and a customer who moves on to the next name.

Your customers look for you on a phone

In local services, nobody searches calmly at a desk. They search in the street, in a waiting room, between two appointments, on a six inch screen. If your number is not visible within two seconds, if your opening hours are a year out of date, or if the area you cover is written nowhere, that person closes the page and calls the next company. SiteLoom templates put your contact details and your service area in the first screen, and stay readable on a phone without you touching a single setting.

What reassures beats what impresses

A service business does not sell a product someone can inspect before buying. It sells a promise: turning up when agreed, doing the job properly, charging what was quoted. Anything that makes that promise credible belongs on your site. Photos of your actual jobs rather than stock images, reviews with a first name and a town, your certifications or insurance, and a price range even if it is approximate. A site that hides its prices puts people off as much as one that gets them wrong.

A site that takes two minutes to update, or it goes stale

Most service websites die the same way: they get delivered, then nobody touches them again because that means calling the provider and paying for the visit. Two years later the prices are wrong and the holiday notice is from last summer. With SiteLoom you edit it yourself, by drag and drop, as often as you want and at no extra cost. Changing a price, posting a closure, adding a service: a couple of minutes from your phone.

What your website needs

Your services, one by one

Listed separately rather than in one block, because that is how people search for you.

The area you cover

The towns you actually serve, which saves pointless calls on both sides.

A price range

Even a rough one. A missing price reads as an expensive price.

One tap to contact you

A clickable phone number, a short form, and how fast you reply.

Photos of your own work

Your real jobs beat any picture you could buy.

Customer reviews

With a first name and a town, so they read as real.

Frequently asked questions

Do I really need a website if I already have a Google listing?

A Google Business Profile makes you visible, but it does not belong to you and it says almost nothing about you. It shows a name, opening hours and reviews. It details neither your services, nor your prices, nor how you work. The two go together: the listing attracts, the website convinces and turns the visit into a call.

How long does it take to get my site online?

An evening, if you have your text and a few photos ready. You pick a template built for your trade, replace the content with yours, and publish. The AI builder can even generate a complete first version from a few details, or straight from your Facebook or Instagram page, which you then correct.

What does a website cost for a small service business?

With SiteLoom you start free, on a yourname.siteloom.site subdomain. For your own domain name and the advanced features, the Pro plan is 18 EUR per month, all inclusive. For comparison, an agency usually charges between 2,400 and 4,000 EUR for a brochure site, plus yearly maintenance.

What if I do not know what to write?

That is the most common blocker, and it has nothing to do with technology. Start from what customers ask you on the phone: those are exactly the questions your site should answer. We also have a free generator that gives you the structure of your text, trade by trade.
