By using SiteLoom (siteloom.co), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
2. Service Description
SiteLoom is a website builder platform that allows you to create, customize, and publish websites using drag-and-drop tools and AI-powered design. We offer a free Starter plan and a paid Pro plan.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
4. Pricing & Payments
The Pro plan is billed monthly or yearly as selected at checkout. Prices are in EUR and may change with 30 days notice. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
5. Websites You Create
You retain ownership of the content you create on SiteLoom. We do not claim intellectual property rights over your content. However, your website is hosted on our platform and requires an active subscription to remain online.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use SiteLoom to create websites that:
- Violate any applicable laws
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Contain malware or malicious code
- Promote illegal activities or hate speech
- Send spam or unsolicited communications
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your website will remain online until the end of your current billing period. After that, it will be downgraded to the free plan or taken offline.
8. Limitation of Liability
SiteLoom is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of SiteLoom after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
